No sample size restriction

One of the most common problems for Light Sheet configurations with fixed Light Sheet is that the size of the sample is restricted by the size of the Sheet and the FOV of the objective. In the QLS-scope the sample is not moved while it is scanned. So it is possible to perform a SPIM measurement in one area of the sample, move the sample in X or Y axis, perform a new SPIM measurement, etc. The system knows the coordinates of each XY movement of the sample and the software is using them to stitch the 3D images and reconstruct automatically the final image. The number of the stitched images is only limited by the RAM memory of the PC. You can find below an example of how the stitching mode is working:
